The associate was very knowledgeable and they did an excellent job. So far the best carpet cleaning we have had.

a) No residue left.
b) Since we're not in the Denver area, a minimum charge is required. The service personnel did their bet to get use the most amount of clean for the price.
c) We has some stairs leading to the basement that had not been cleaned for 10 years. I did not expect them to get it 100% but I was surprised how well it came out.
