This is the second time we have used this company. We had Tyler the first time, and requested him again last week. He is courteous and professional and does a fantastic job on our carpet. We will continue to request him in the future.

I love that the technician came in and let us know exactly what he was going to do. He worked hard to get some old stains out and let us know ways to keep our carpet cleaner in between cleanings. He was courteous and polite and came early! I will definitely continue to use Zerorez any time I need my carpets cleaned!
