If I could give TEN STARS, I would! RICKY and ELIJAH, ZEROREZ service techs, came to clean my filthy, dirty, disgusting carpet. I had a sick male cat that for six months before he passed spewed every body fluid that can come out all over my house--bedroom, living room and dining room were especially bad. And with the warm, getting hot weather, my house smelled GROSS! But, RICKY and ELIJAH made everything all right again. I have a severe speech impairment and not only did they do a FANTASTIC job cleaning my chair, couch and carpet, they were also patient, kind and understanding. Plus giving me a great price for all the work they did. I can confidently and with pleasure , HIGHLY RECOMMEND both ZEROREZ and especially the service techs, RICKY and ELIJAH! THANKS SO VERY MUCH FOR A JOB WELL DONE! ZEROREZ has ALL my business forever!

The staff is professional, friendly and efficient! The cleaning process is amazing! We had some lumps in the carpet that the staff stretched out and it looks amazing! They also cleaned my car seats and carpet in my car. Wow! What a difference! This is the second time we have had Zerorez out to clean carpets and other projects. I wouldn't call anyone else! A million thanks to the staff!
