Daniel was very thorough about explaining the services offered for extra treatments and identifying stains. He offered one stair to show the results and I agreed to have the rest of the stairs cleaned. Good decision. I was going to tear out the carpet on the stairs and replace. The stairs looked great and prevented my decision to professional replace them (saved me money). I would definitely consider using your service in the future and recommending you to others.
