I liked that your two technicians called and showed up when they said they would. I liked that they protected by wooden floor. I like that they did a thorough job in a timely manner. I liked that they were polite and answered all my questions and did all the things I asked them to do.

Representative was on time and professional. Carpets didn't have chemical or perfume smell. All the spots were removed. The carpets feel clean! When we walk on them with bare feet we can feel the difference, it's incredible! Very happy with Zerorez.

I'm always amazed how using no soap can get a carpet clean. I guess I'm understanding correctly that portions of fruits are the natural cleaning agents.

Nicholas was so helpful. I have used Zerorez for several years at several properties and have always been delighted. This is the only carpet cleaning company I will ever use.

Nathan called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. I said yes. He arrived and asked which carpets needed to be cleaned and if I knew what the stains were. He also gave me a quote on cleaning 2 microfiber couches( reasonably priced !). He started right away and about 3 hours later was done. My carpets looked as new as the day we moved in. I liked the fact that my house didn't smell like chemicals when the cleaning was complete. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and would have them come back to clean the rest of my carpets.
