On time; courteous; very knowledgeable and willing to explain the reason for different products/ services ( pets, other stains, traffic areas etc.); explained different options for speeding up drying time depending on location of carpet ie windows, ceiling fans, floor fans--- and drying time was relatively quick despite outside humidity. A very good experience.
