The representative was very courteous and knowledgeable. Your system seemed to clean our carpet better than our home steam cleaner. Although the seat cushion turned out less than perfect. It took out the stains but left streaks.

I am so impressed with the way my carpet looks after the cleaning. It looks like it did the day it was installed!!
My husband and I will always use Zerorez from now on.
The technician, Brandon Parker-Douglas was wonderful!! He was so great to talk with and very respectful.
