Zach goes beyond his duties to clean my carpet. I really appreciated it.

The technician Zach was incredible along with the knowledge he has about the technology and the process. However, that being said, we have become accustomed to a certain professional look from Zerorez. The look that you need to be conveying is, although your prices may be higher, we are paying for the product which is by far the best in the industry and the service is the absolute best. Your competitors are dressed better and with a less than superior product. You need to spend the money on uniforms to portray to your customers that you care about the the way your technicians look and that you are a valid and reputable company!

After the carpet cleaning was done, it did look better, but I was still skeptical. We hadn’t had our carpet cleaned in 10 years. Once the carpet dried, OMG almost like new! My wife wanted to just get new carpet. I wanted to try Zerorez first. Boy was I glad we did!!!

Zach Bruce was very thorough, he didn't rush through the job. He carefully scanned my carpet for pet stains. Gave me some suggestions of other products to add on and wasn't mad when I declined them. The spray smelled natural and didn't have toxic smells to it. The carpets came out beautifully and there was 6 of us and 2 dogs living on the carpet. So win, win!
