Fast and Clean and a fair price.

I can't say enough about how excellent the whole experience was:
1) Easy scheduling process
2) Tech calls you 15 mins-half hour before arrival
3) Tech protects your walls and posts with corner protectors
4) Tech just doesn't give it a once-over - they work on the area according to dirt and stains
5) There's no weird smells or odors.
6) It doesn't take too long to dry and you can walk on it (including pets!)

The crew that came to clean actually moved furniture to get under couches, beds etc. I've never had anyone else do that. They were polite, clean, and did a good job.

I like the quick-drying formula and the attention you give pet issues. I do wish the minimum was lower because I have a small place, but I’ll continue to use ZeroRez because I trust you’ll do the job right.
