My tech let me know when he was 15 minutes out, he was on time, courteous, and did little extras I didn't ask him for but he was nice enough to do (like moving my son's crib to clean under there also). It was a very pleasant experience!

So, we bought a new mattress, which prompted us to think about cleaning our bedroom carpet before delivery. Which led to cleaning the basement carpet, a downstairs bedroom carpet and the entire entryway, kitchen and laundry room tile floor. Zerorez, who we have used before with great results, sent over Ricky and Jake for the entire day. Ricky stretched the old carpet in our bedroom and the carpet was cleaned. They used a blacklight to show me all the pee spots in the basement (YUCK, we have a dog and a cat!) and explained to me what would be done to clean to the best of their ability. Both Ricky and Jake are so personable, asking me if I would like to check after each area was completed. I actually told them that I loved them after the day was done. I would have these two come back to do ANY job in my house...and will request them next time I book with Zerorez. PS My house smells so CLEAN.

Both guys we had out to our house for separate services were very friendly, knowledgeable & informative. Neither of them ever seemed to be rushed & paid attention to every detail... they were both very meticulous about their work & took their jobs seriously as professionals.
We also love that you use kid & pet-friendly products, that you’re easy to schedule and communicate with and that you always seem to have availability fairly soon.
And the best part? The RESULTS... our carpets looked brand-new in our last house & now again in our current home! And that’s with lots of foot-traffic (and messes) from 2 adults, 2 toddlers & 2 big, old pups.
