They went from grey to cream and they're clean The best part is there's no smell at all. No chemical smell. No perfume smell. No "unscented" smell. No scent. Nothing. That to me is actually clean. Even with the protectorant on, no smell.
The tech was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to remove stains that I couldn't. He even gave me tips on removing stains!
