Our stairs were extremely dirty and he got them about 95% clean (stair edges have been impossible to get 100% clean on light cream color carpet)--this is something that other cleaners haven't been able to accomplish. I really love the non smell and carpets are not soaking. The Tech did a great job and i would have him again. I have 2 dogs and inherited wall to wall carpet that definatly had dogs. It looks great.

I like that you don’t use harsh cleaning fluids, so the carpet is cleaner and has less residue in it after you clean.

Does not keep the carpet wet forever
The technician seemed to work hard at getting out any stubborn traffic area dirt.
My tech let me know when he was 15 minutes out, he was on time, courteous, and did little extras I didn't ask him for but he was nice enough to do (like moving my son's crib to clean under there also). It was a very pleasant experience!

So, we bought a new mattress, which prompted us to think about cleaning our bedroom carpet before delivery. Which led to cleaning the basement carpet, a downstairs bedroom carpet and the entire entryway, kitchen and laundry room tile floor. Zerorez, who we have used before with great results, sent over Ricky and Jake for the entire day. Ricky stretched the old carpet in our bedroom and the carpet was cleaned. They used a blacklight to show me all the pee spots in the basement (YUCK, we have a dog and a cat!) and explained to me what would be done to clean to the best of their ability. Both Ricky and Jake are so personable, asking me if I would like to check after each area was completed. I actually told them that I loved them after the day was done. I would have these two come back to do ANY job in my house...and will request them next time I book with Zerorez. PS My house smells so CLEAN.
