We have used Zerorez before, but it was several years ago. The technician arrived on time and was very personable. I appreciated that he explained exactly what he was doing and what to expect when finished. I was pleased that the stairs looked better than I expected. You guys did a great job of cleaning an old, dirty carpet. It looks so much better and the place smells fresher. Your tech, Steven, did an excellent job. He explained the steps he took, was very professional and friendly, and put a lot of energy into his work. This is the 2nd time I have used your company, and would certainly do so again.

I have been using this company for over 12 years I have done carpet cleaning myself thinking I would save money,

Derrick called ahead, arrived on time, and we reviewed the carpet areas that I had called about. He made great suggestions re pet stains, adding adjacent areas and had me approve the adjusted price. He was professional, careful of surrounding surfaces, and projected a great attitude from start to finish. It was a pleasure to see the difference Zerorez made for our second floor carpet and stairs!
