We have used Zerorez before, but it was several years ago. The technician arrived on time and was very personable. I appreciated that he explained exactly what he was doing and what to expect when finished. I was pleased that the stairs looked better than I expected. He also had time to clean the floor tile in the bathroom, which was not on the initial request. I would recommend Zerorez to my friends.

You guys did a great job of cleaning an old, dirty carpet. It looks so much better and the place smells fresher. Your tech, Steven, did an excellent job. He explained the steps he took, was very professional and friendly, and put a lot of energy into his work. This is the 2nd time I have used your company, and would certainly do so again.
