Our experience started out on the wrong foot..........expecting Rickie Brown .whom we've used before.was not who showed up... young man Zack B and Taylor came..

Our problem was that my wife had soiled the carpet in the bedroom significantly.......I really didn't expect it to come back.......

Much to my surprise and delight those two men did a great job........Zach said he'd been trained by Rickie several year ago.........Well the training was great and so was his politeness........

I 'll definitely recommend him again.As well as Zerorez......

The service representative Thomas Baker was very good and took pride in his work. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. I also liked that there were no major chemical smells after my carpets were cleaned.

My shag area rug was in dire need of some TLC after the dogs claimed it as theirs (for napping, eating, and general horseplay) and Zerorez was able to restore it to its original beautiful color and it smells so much better! I’ll definitely be coming back to Zerorez for our future carpet cleaning needs.
