Good and thorough cleaning.

I like the act there isn't a soap residue left in the carpet. The service associates always show up on time or earlier than expected and offer to help or move furniture if needed. The urine odor has and did not return.

Did a great job removing stains better than other carpet cleaners I have used. 15 yr old carpets look new.

We were not looking forward to our carpet cleaning appointment due to the disruption we assumed it would cause. Moving furniture around, pipes snaking through the front door, uncommunicative technician, and would the results be worth all of this imagined hassle?
