I absolutely love Zerorez! Their tech Cody is GREAT! He is extremely professional and friendly. I have used them twice now. The first was for my personal home. They did 3 rooms, stairs, and a large area rug. While cleaning the rug Cody showed me the significant difference in color he as able to remove from the rug. I just contacted them again to complete the work in my rental property and requested Cody since I know he can get the job done! He completed 3 bedrooms, stairs, and hallway. This is older carpet but he did such an amazing job, it looks like new. I will be able to get several more years out of it. The best part about this company and their cleaning products is you are not left with any residue. The carpet is left soft to the touch and not crunchy like I have seen in the past with other companies. If you are looking for your carpet to be cleaned without the residue this is the company and the best guy to do it is CODY!

James Baird was my crew leader and he was great! He had been at the home 2 days earlier but unable to get in the garage. He told me he had spoken with my neighbors at that time. I was moving in and siding repairs had been done with much large trash left in the front yard. He offered to help me clean up the mess. Great, great guy.

Jake was a very courteous and respectable technician. He was prompt, and explained the process of the service that was going to be done. He proceeded to get started, and cleaned in a timely amount of time. I especially liked that he pointed out spots that our dog had marked at some time. He explained what the sub floor cleaning would be, and we opted to take care of that room at a later date. we were satisfied with the results of our cleaning.

Thomas was very professional and thorough in explaining everything.
