Quick service, tech wasn’t pushy about expanding cleaning or using extra product that we didn’t need. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

We have been using Zerorez since they arrived on the scene in Denver and have always been happy with their availability, scheduling flexibility, promptness, communication and level of excellent carpet and upholstery cleaning!

The technicians are always courteous, wear 'booties', take extra time to set up bumper protection on all corners and cover hardwood floors with drop cloths to minimize water drippings.

We used many other 'bargain' carpet cleaning services before discovering Zerorez. Zerorez is not the 'least expensive' service provider, but we have always felt it is well worth the little extra charge.

Carpets are always cleaned well, dry quickly and feel soft underfoot We feel we have extended the life of all of our carpeted areas by having Zerorez work their magic in our home twice a year!

RJ worked extremely hard at cleaning up spots. Also explained what they were. Extremely knowledgeable and positive customer service.

Prompt professional service - Zack was great. End price seemed higher than anticipated.... for 4 rooms, hallway and a walk-in closet? $139 for 3-room special but out the door for $260 when all said and done.
