Rickey Brown and his assistant Jerrett Waldrop were the technicians who stretched the ripples out of my carpeting. The carpeting is 9 years old, so it was not possible to return it to a totally flat condition. However, I am pleased with the improvement in appearance. I appreciate the professionalism of your organization...you send an email a couple of days in advance of the appointment and I am notified by phone approximately 20-30 minutes prior to the arrival of my technician(s). John Bennett, who cleaned my carpet a couple of weeks ago and Rick and Jay were polite, clean and well-groomed. I live in a 40-unit condo building, and I will definitely spread the word about my experience with Zerorez..

Ricky did an awesome job on dying the carpet! The carpet is 26 years old, but has been very well taken car of so he was able to match it beautifully. We've never worn shoes in the house so I think that's why the carpet is in such good shape.

He went through each room with me and explained what he would be doing and then gave me a price. which was close to what I was quoted on the phone. It was a no hassle experience for me. I called twice, the first to inquire about price and the second to schedule for the work to be done. The first time I called I didn’t feel pressure in any way to hire Zerorez. The work that was done was great. Joey, our technician, was very professional and did a great job.
