There were some residual marks on my carpet and Zerorez came out for free within the same week to fix since I was listing a house. They rock! The tech that came out was very knowledgeable and even saw that we needed the carpet stretched in some areas. He took care of that in the same trip. The actual job was less than the estimate which was great! What I value the most is it was EASY doing business with Zerorez!
