Our technician came back the next day to redo an area that was accidentally overlooked and to check that the basement carpet had "settled" back in place. The company has done a great job following up to make sure we were happy with their service... and I am!

Customer Service.
I was having a bad day. Thought I lost my main credit card so I charged the cleaning to another that I don't prefer. Turns out I just misplaced it and accounting help me cancle the original charge and charge it to me prefered card.
Eliijah (carpet tech) and I had a small misunderstand becuase I was not clear. Once I made my request clear he graciously cleaned the stiars even though everything was almost already packed/cleaned up.
