This is the second year in a row I have had Zerorez. Love it. The carpet is always fresh and clean when the are done. No chemicals. It also dries faster.
One of the special things about Zerorez, the gentleman they have to do the job. They are always very clean cut and very personable, and likeable.

Honest prices! What you are quoted is what you pay, not a bunch of hidden up charges. Great service, called when about 30 minutes away. Carpet looks great, not crunchy after being cleaned, but soft! No “wet dog smell”. Carpets were cleaned in late afternoon and were completely dry by next morning!

I have been using Zerorez for 6 years now and will not use anyone else. They are on time with in the window they give you. Cleaning is quick and well done. After finishing the cleaning, the carpet is dry with in 8 hours. It has taken 24 hours with other companies. The technicians are always friendly, polite and professional. If you think about it the name say's it all.

My tech, Cody, arrived on time, actually a few minutes before the scheduled time, and was very professional! He carefully cleaned each area and then fluffed it all up with the carpet rake, and helped me move some furniture back into place. He was mindful of my dogs and not letting them escape as he went in/out to set up and clean up. The carpets look and feel very clean and no toxic smells! I will be calling you again for spring cleaning!

Both times I have used the service they were reall punctual, covered their shoes and extremely thorough to clean up the soiled area.

A Tenant at one of our rentals severely damaged the carpet with dyes, stains, and filth. We thought we would have to replace the carpet. The Zerorex Technicians arrived promptly and tackled the job. They had to go over the stains several times. When they were done, the carpet looked near new. Well done to the Zerorez team. Zerorez highly recommend for the most difficult cleaning jobs.
