Jay did a great job cleaning our two (2) main bedrooms and upstairs hallway as well as the stairs to the upper floor of our house and our family room used everyday! He reviewed what was to be cleaned with his ultraviolet flashlight prior to pre-treating for any biologic pet stains and appropriately pre-treated the needed areas and the result was fantastic. Our home is much cleaner, and both looks and smells fresh where he completed Zerorez's unique and effective carpet cleaning services. I continuously recommend Zerorez services to friends and colleagues! I will use them again as needed when it is time for cleaning services.

Don and his trainee were wonderful. I had to have the carpet cleaned in my brother's home to get it ready for sale and they made the process for me very easy. They got right to work and the carpets were cleaned in no time with all spots eradicated. They were both very professional and everything was explained ahead of time including the price. They were careful of the wooden floors that had been polished the day before. After they had left I discovered a pleasant surprise they had placed plastic covers under the legs of tables to keep spots from forming on the carpeting. When I am ready to clean my carpeting I will definitely request Don.

Juan did a wonderful job and I would like him to come out next time. My dog has been sick, there were several spots of vomit, poop and urine. Two spots are still visible but they were really bad, and the others appear to be gone. Thank you!

Chris, our tech for our last two cleanings, is wonderful. He is professional, thorough and has even managed to remove a couple of pesky spots that were left behind by previous techs. He cleans in a timely manner, yet is very meticulous when it comes to detail.

The staff was really great. After being delayed multiple times from construction we finally had Zerorez come in and clean our carpets. The crew gave me realistic expectations. They explained their process and were out of here in no time. They carefully went through the the dry times and care. By the way the expected result was blown away. They got everything clean and looking great. It was a much better result than a grocery store cleaner and for not much more than I would have spent spending hours on it myself.

Fast, professional, friendly and timely.

You all did a great and thorough job with the carpets. Now I feel I have clean place for a change. You have the right chemicals. Many other carpet cleaners leave a gray trail after doing the work. They just don't have the correct ingredients to get the traffic dirt to completely disappear. The dirt shows up again after it dries. Yours does not. It stays clean. I am glad that I met you at a neighbor's place and saw your work there.

I can’t stop looking at my carpet. I’m in shock!! I can’t believe how clean and revived it looks. My carpet is pretty old and I had been procrastinating on getting new floors for a few years. I decided to go ahead and have them cleaned, when I saw this guy on tv talking about his cleaning business I called. I am so glad I did.
