Ability to get out stains caused by our pet. Our last service was by Rick who showed us a trick we have never seen before. He sprayed a pet stain with extra cleaner, put a piece of cellophane on it and covered with a book. The obvious stain bleached out over the next 12 hours, and now is completely gone. Thanks, Rick.

Your tech, Elijah, was very thorough and spent a lot of time to do the best job he could do for us. I really like that you don't use any chemicals, which is the primary reason I chose your company. A number of the stains did not come out, however. I don't know if another process would have worked any better. We have tried another company that also wasn't successful in removing the stains.
