Have used your services before. At some point on last Thursday evening my dog became very ill and made a mess over the entire dining room and parts if the living room. I called first thing Friday morning. Even though I did not have a scheduled appointment in three hours my carpet was cleaned. Everyone could not have been more friendly and helpful. The technician that came was the same as last year and always does a great job. My carpet is not in the best shape normally and after cleaning I am always amazed at how great it looks. I am very happy with the Zerorez product and service.
