I have used your company fro probably 4 years. You always schedule your cleaning promptly. I have a young man by the name of ZAC do the cleaning this week. He was very friendly and did an excellent job. He completed the cleaning in a short time. He called before he showed up. He also came an hour before we were even scheduled.

Our guy called ahead and was prompt, professional and sensitive to our special needs. He offered a price break due to the extent of our pet problem, which I really appreciated. He worked straight through the deep clean, by himself, and I believe he treated our carpets as though they were in his own home. A terrific finished product.

At the end, he could have said call us again when things need a really deep clean, but instead told us next time seriously consider replacing the carpet with a waterproof floor covering. I’m glad he was honest, and he had a compassionate heart for (my) rescued pets.

This is my second Zerorez experience, and this is now my go-to crew.

The clean feeling of them

The 2 servicemen who cleaned our home were professional and polite. They didn’t try to sell me services that I didn’t need and understood my need to keep the costs down. They even suggested ways to do it. It didn’t seem like they would benefit (i.e., a commission) from selling me more than what I wanted to pay. I appreciated that a lot because I tend to get talked into things and then regret it. I will definitely use them again.
