Quick, very effective, dries quickly, no lingering scent

As usual, it was a great job. Not only clean but soft carpet and I don't worry about my pets walking on chemical residue. It dries so fast too! Very pleased. Only wish either you charged less for steps or I had a ranch style house!

Very communicative company from start to finish. I scheduled my appointment online, a rep called later that day to review what I had entered. The morning the associate was scheduled to come to our home he texted to let me know how far out he was. When he (Evan) arrived he was very thorough and reviewed the estimate I was given. He gave his professional recommendation (to NOT clean a couch that wasn't going to be worth it, but TO clean an area rug -which turned out beautifully). Evan was professional, friendly and amazingly efficient. He was done with the job in less than 2 hours and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend Zerorez and especially Evan!

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician. Spots were gone by the time he finished. I was very pleased with both the technician and the results.

I like the three step process and the technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. My carpet is one shade lighter now, and still looks great even after drying. The process got the carpet cleaner than any other time I've had my carpet cleaned. I have tried steam cleaning and OXY-Clean before and I think this is by far superior.

I plan to have Jay come out again in awhile to stretch some carpet in a couple of areas.
