The price and the fact that it is 100% cleaner than the last expensive company we used. Steven was excellent. We went over the cost when he got here, he was very polite. I liked that he also showed us previous jobs of before and after, then when he did ours he took pictures and showed us the difference . The office staff was great. They notified us twice to remind us and did call 30 minutes before Steven arrived. We will use them again

All heavy equipment is remote located in trucks. Employees always used booties. Explanations were detailed and simple.
