Friendly Technician who completed good work in a short time

I cannot believe how clean my carpets look! The carpets in our house are over 25 years old and look almost new. The traffic patterns were awful and there were numerous stains from my children and our aging cat that throws up on the carpeting. The technician was able to get all the stains out and the traffic patterns are gone. He was able to make the stairs look almost new again! When the technician called ahead of time and asked if there were any problem areas, my response was "the carpet is over 25 years old and has been professionally cleaned in over 5 years...I'm not expecting a miracle!" I got one!

Carpet was cleaned thoroughly, and staff was courteous and professional.

I was in a hurry to get back to work, and paid the tech, the only thing was after I pad the tech, was when I heard about the application of the stain resistance, wish I was informed about it sooner thanks ..
