Over the years, every time we have developed a very dirty area in our carpet for whatever reason, Zerorez has been able to make it look new again! This last time was no exception. The technician, Cody, was very courteous, went right to work, and did an excellent job. I am afraid to try another company!

Second time customer. Very good service. One thing to improve: Your guy cleaned a thrown rug at my insistence and after an OK from his manager. Here was the problem. There was a lot of pee stains from our dog on the bottom side (plastic). I did have to ask for Juan to clean it from the bottom also. I think this should be something your techs know to do. Thanks again for a very nice tech and a great result. This is my second review.
