Your worker; Zack was very polite. He explained all he was able to offer and all the costs along the way re extra spot removal, etc. he allowed us to inspect along the way before he would proceed to another room. He assisted my Senior husband and I in moving some items. He was punctual, worked hard and made sure we were happy before he left. Because he did such a great job on the filthy carpet, we asked him to shampoo our sofa and recliner. They look like new. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to family and friends and will continue to use you in the future.

Very professional staff, accommodating to when we needed the rugs cleaned by. We renovated our entire home, so had a lot of drywall dust. Our rugs turned out better than expected! They look new again and likely cleaner than when they were first installed. We also feel good that we didn't need to use any harsh chemicals that would be potentially harmful to our family and pets.
