My home has sustained so many floods over the years that in Jan. I decided to toss in the towel and give up on returning my basement to it's former glory years. Meanwhile, people had tracked all over the living room and hall in their efforts to remove the sodden effects....clothes, cabinets, furniture, file cabinets and the files therein up the stairs and out of the house.
I was thinking of replacing the carpets but the money wasn't right so I called Zerorez as I have before. Their first appointment was cancelled as the technician was unable to finish his previous appt. in time for mine. They immediately rescheduled, "squeezed" me in the next day, gave me a discount...(I'm 89 and I had moved all the furniture in preparation for them) and did the best job yet. An old wine stain, multiple greasy food crumbs had left my family room and living room an embarrassment for me to even let people in my house without apologizing. They were so friendly and gracious and left me feeling so thankful for Zerorez and their prompt rescheduling and marvelous job. Greta Lea
