Cleaned well and didn't soak the carpet. Dried quickly. The reservation process was very professional. Lots of followup to confirm appointment and arrival time. The tech was very nice and didn't do any high pressure up-sell. We did add a treatment on but I was not pressured about it.

As I wrote in a review earlier today, Trevor W., who was the technician, who came to my house was very professional, explained all that needed explaining and did a thorough job. He called about 30 minutes before arriving and actually got to my house shortly before the two-hour window began. The Zerorez process seems to be minimally invasive and effective. I was happy with Trevor and with the company.
Prompt service, window of when to expect technician is only two hours, professional attitude of technicians, reasonable price, and beautiful carpeting after they have completed their work.
It was a very clean process. And the technician was respectful of my home and his work. He was a real professional and gentleman.
