Service was prompt. The technicians were flexible. I had to get a thicker carpet pad and they kept working while I ran the errand. Feedback on maintenance of the carpet was useful. Job site was left clean and orderly.

The technician, Nate, was very patient and helpful. The reason I choose Zerorez and am a repeat customer is because there are no soaps or toxic chemicals left in my rug. I have multiple allergies and sensitivities and your solutions are the least irritating of any. The pre-treat is made from citrus (d-limolene) which is a common irritant and thankfully the technician only used it sparingly at my request. Thanks for your help.
