Your technician was great and my carpet was much cleaner than when Stanley Steamer did it a few years ago.
The carpet was soft afterwards and didn’t take a ton of time to dry. Ben was awesome. He was able to get pet stains and ink out of our carpet. He moved some of our items off the carpet to get as much cleaned as possible.
