There seemed to be a spot in the office that wasn't thoroughly cleaned, but I couldn't see it until the carpet dried completely. The technician that came today was able to see, after the white cloth test, that there was definitely surface dirt. He was able to get it up. Thanks for your commitment to clean!

The tech (Ben) was EARLY! Very Nice! He was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and explained all the procedures from stain identification to drying time. he was respectful of our time and our home and did a great job. There's no chemical odor left. The carpet feels great underfoot and we are really pleased with the results.

We like the cleaning process and love the protectant that is applied when cleaning is done. Tyler was very professional, explained everything including what charges to expect and he did a superb job. We also like the there are no harm chemical or smelly cleaners since First name removed has allergies and asthma we need non-irritation products.
