The overall experience was great. The process was easy, quick, and carpets looked brand new.

We are very pleased with the cleaning of our carpet and rugs but were disappointed that the furniture was not replaced in our bedroom. We are unable to lift the chairs and had to get help to put them where they belong.

We had less than 500 sq ft cleaned. It was $500. Way too expensive. The quote was 1/2 the actual cost.

I have not used multiple carpet cleaning services so I do not have any other companies with which I can compare, I just wanted to say the technician that came out to my house was exceptionally polite, thorough, and professional. I regret that I cannot remember his name.

I like the top layer being dry in 3 to 4 hours. Ben did a great and thorough job. He was here for 4 half hours. My only complaint would be how expensive it is. Ben did say the clean will last longer...
