Can't believe how clean are carpets look and feel after getting your services. The pet accidents are practically removed from the carpet and our house smells so much better. Also with the protective spray at the end stains are removed so much easier when they do happen.

The Technician did a nice job. Pricing could be a little more transparent though. I had just under 600 sq feet of carpet cleaned as I had a few hallways done and a full basement that was about 200 sq feet. I was told this would be more than the 3 rooms for 99 dollars since the halls were not one room. I felt this was a little shady but other than that, I think 0Rez does a nice job for the money.
