Keegan did a wonderful job with my carpet. He took extra care cleaning places where other carpet cleaning companies would not (the edge of my stairs). I was going to replace the carpet next year, but because it looks like new now, I don’t need to!!

Showed up when promised and was very helpful in moving things out of the way. This was to get house ready to list for sale so we were in disarray. Technician made suggestions and went out of his way to make sure the carpet looked great.

The technicians (especially Chris) are great and really listen to concerns and don't try to oversell beyond what you need. Also, the products work, the carpet dries quickly, and their pet-odor treatment is great.

ZeroRez did a great job. I especially liked how they laid down a protective barrier on my hardwood floor so as to not track dirt into the house. They also wore booties on their shoes and set up guards at the staircase corners to protect the wood on the staircase.
