I liked that all the old stains on my carpet were gone when they were cleaned. The whole process was very quick. The cost was high, but worth the money.
We always get very nice results from Zerorez. We love the clean carpets that feel soft without any soap residue like some other companies leave behind. I did not care for the 'cost per room' approach to determining price for a small condo. I based my figure on square footage and when I arrived, there was a cost for the hallway, a cost for the walk-in closet, etc. For larger homes I think the room method is perfectly acceptable but for homes under a certain SF, it does not compute dollar wise.

Excellent work done at my house. I will use them again.
Final cost does not seem consistent with the advertised, $99 for three rooms. Additional rooms must be about $75 per room.
