The things I liked most about my service was NOAH!! He was so polite, and thoughtful, and did a fantastic job of cleaning our carpet and furniture. He was thorough, and took enough time to restore our carpet to its fullest potential even though it is quite old. He made sure that I understood what he was going to do and asked me before he proceeded with his project.

I have used Zerorez before and am familiar with the product, knowing that there would not be a smell afterward, that it would dry quickly, and that because there is no residue, there would not be a stiffness to the carpet when it dried and that because of the same reason it will not attract dirt quickly.

Carpet looked great, and only damp when done. The guy was very friendly and called when he was on his way.

That there are no harsh chemicals. They are super thorough.
