Our technician asked qualifying questions to better understand our needs, was knowledgeable of different rug materials and how they would clean, took care to protect our hardwood floors and walls while pulling hoses and equipment through the home, and was professional and kind throughout the entire appointment. We like that everything is thoroughly cleaned, dries quickly and has no residual odor. Damien was GREAT. Very courteous and knowledgeable.
The techs are knowledgeable, skilled, prompt, and courteous. They get the carpet clean and offer useful tips on carpet care. I tried Coit once, but never again. Their tech was somewhat rude and did a poor job. I had to have Zerorez come in afterwards and do the job right.
EFFICIENT FRIENDLY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
Employee that cleaned carpets was friendly, and professional and carpets and rugs cleaned up nicely. We had one small minor spot that appeared afterwards and Jason came out and took care of it quickly and kindly. I would use ZeroRez again just for this - they stood behind their work and even though spot apparently was there before, they resolved the issue quickly without argument.
