ZeroRez did a great job. I especially liked how they laid down a protective barrier on my hardwood floor so as to not track dirt into the house. They also wore booties on their shoes and set up guards at the staircase corners to protect the wood on the staircase.

Tech was friendly and informative. Carpet and area rug look great! Dries quickly. Tech moved what he could and placed protectors under the legs of furniture. I feel zerorez is the best way to clean carpets and will use again when needed.

Vacuumed a couple areas today (Sunday) after carpet cleaning on Friday. Just as promised, zero residue left in carpet and fiber is renewed in high traffic areas.

The cleaner who came to my house was named Ben, and he was fantastic. He definitely took pride in his work. He thoroughly explained the process to me, and showed me some of the before and after results on my area rugs. He took a stain out of my recliner for no charge. He set a fan down in the nursery after cleaning the carpet, because he knew we needed this room to dry quicker. Ben was by far the best contractor I’ve ever had in my home.
price is reasonable. Tech's are reliable and go over details before and after cleaning. they wear masks and protrect floors and corners.
The guy who did the work was very kind, professional, and respectful. He was on time and finished quickly. I liked that there was no smell to the carpet from the cleaning after it was done. I wasn't happy with a spot that didn't come up and so they sent the same guy back to work on it and he was able to get the stain out. I really appreciated the follow-up to make sure I was happy and that they sent someone out to redo the area with the spot. That's good customer service and I would recommend them again.

The technicians (especially Chris) are great and really listen to concerns and don't try to oversell beyond what you need. Also, the products work, the carpet dries quickly, and their pet-odor treatment is great.
