I am a senior who cannot move even small furniture. Your service people are very helpful, and get my carpeting clean in very short time, not disturbing me at all. I slept through part of the last visit, as there is not a lot of commotion and noise. My third time using the service, and everything is beautifully clean. I have also used the service for cleaning the grout on my bathroom tile floor. It was done a year ago, and still looks like new.

I'm very glad I found Zerorez and used their service. They did a great job on my carpets and despite it's five year age, they look fantastic, like brand new. My whole house is carpeted, the price was right and the work is impressive. And he was fast, one hour, oh and I liked the smell, fruity, oranges. The cleaning solution is really pet friendly, I know, my cat walked all over it and is fine. I will use Zerorez every time and you will too!

Very thorough. They clean it, vacuum it and then rake it so your pile stands up like new. They cleaned risers AND treads on your stairs. You won’t be disappointed if you choose them.

The very best carpet cleaners! Why? 1. The technicians are very professional and courteous. They are very careful maneuvering around rooms, wear foot coverings and mask and put down runners where they are walking. 2. Easy and quick to make an appointment. 3. Very reasonably priced! They have fantastic prom deals such as 3 rooms for $99.00! Best deal ever!
4. They do not use soap or any bad, harsh chemicals. Its so clean, no residue and carpets are not sopping wet afterwards.

Our technician, Joe, was very professional and friendly. He also arrived at the beginning of our window, which was very timely. He deserves a "10" rating. The only reason we gave a 9 is many of our high traffic areas still appear somewhat dirty. I believe Joe did his best to get those areas as clean as he could.

The tech Josh showed up and was very friendly. He answered all of my questions and provided a quote for restretching our carpet after we had a water leak. He was fast and got out most of the spots on a high traffic rug that had not been cleaned for sometime. I would use Zerorez again when needed.
