I will use no one else! The staff booking my appointments are personable and helpful in navigating the areas and costs. Then for the service team, I've had the same person in my home - respectful, knowledgeable of what stains are treatable and they do a great job in protecting my home as they move about the house doing their job. This is the second time I used Zerorez and I think they do a great job and would recommend them to anyone with a super dirty carpet. They got all the stains out and it looks like new.
