I use Zerorez every year to clear my carpets. This year the gentleman that cleaned my carpets was VERY professional, Josh. He was early, paid attention to the things I wanted to protect, & got all my spots up! He also pointed out something that no one has ever told me before & that was something I was unaware of & that is carpet yellowing under my like carpet runners! He recognized it, explained why it happens & what to do about it! I am impressed w/ this gentleman & I would like both Jason & Shane about him. He also said he really loved his job, his bosses, & the company! I would request he comes again for sure! Great guy!

Employee that cleaned carpets was friendly, and professional and carpets and rugs cleaned up nicely. We had one small minor spot that appeared afterwards and Jason came out and took care of it quickly and kindly. I would use ZeroRez again just for this - they stood behind their work and even though spot apparently was there before, they resolved the issue quickly without argument.
