Evan was amazing. He showed up early and had the proper equipment. He gave it to me straight that some stains in they carpet were just so bad he might not be able to get them out. Which I understand! Like INE was a bleach stain the others were paint; my carpet from previous owner was ROUGH! But I couldn’t believe how fast he got everything done!!! And it looked beautiful!! It truly felt like a whole new carpet. I can actually walk on it with bare feet! Thanks Evan!!!!

We haven’t had our carpet cleaned for 5 or 6 years. I have 3 boys and we’ve had a few dogs since then including a puppy. Predictably, it was dirty. After Zerorez, our carpet looks like new again.

The jury is still out on whether the cat urine odor has been eliminated. I definitely liked the owner being involved and attacking the problem much more aggressively than the tech. I am waiting to hear my options at this point since the subsurface treatment at the point did the job. I visited my rental property today and it appears it did not eliminate the odors.
