Evan did an incredible job. Was on time right at the beginning of the 3 hour window they gave and he did a detailed inspection of the carpet with a UV light and other methods. He gave me a few different options on how to take care of dog urine on carpet, as well as explaining the pricing breakdown for each treatment method. He even helped me move some of the furniture to clear the floor. This is my second time using Zerorez and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a carpet cleaning. I called yesterday and got the job done this morning at an affordable price and I already notice a huge difference in smell.

Amazing technician!

We tried ZeroRez for the first time and very pleased with way our very light cream colored carpets tuned out. Plus, when the carpet was dry which did not take very long at all, the carpet fibers were very soft due to no residue left remaining. If you are looking to get your carpets claeaned I would recommend giving them the opportunity to help out.

Tech was early - suggested a few add on services was not pushy went right to work and completed the cleaning quickly.
