I like the idea of no chemicals were added to my carpet.

Our "tech" was very knowledgeable! He stretched the carpet and cleaned it so it looked like new! He was also conscientious to always wear a mask and booties while in our space. We really appreciated that!

Zerorez was responsive and professional. We like that they don't use chemicals. The only reason we are giving a 9 instead of 10 is that our carpets are crunchy feeling after the cleaning, rather than soft.
