Our technician, Mike, was knowledgeable and personable. He answered our questions and addressed our concerns. He called to let us know when he'd be at our house, and when he was delayed, he promptly called to let us know. Our carpet looked brand new when he finished. We had heard about Zerorez on the radio station Mix 100, so decided to try them. We won't use anyone else.

I like that you don't put soap into the carpet. I have used other companies and after a cleaning by ZeroRez the carpets feel much cleaner and can go longer between cleanings.

You get the carpet super clean without using chemicals, so It stays clean for a while. There is one stain that I wish you could have removed, but I know the tech really tried.

The carpet is not wet for two days and it is soft. I have used Zerorez four times now. The employees are so nice and seem to enjoy working for this company. They clean up everything when their done. Now with the covid they wear their masks but have always worn covers on their shoes.

One thing I found out today at a friends house is I can buy zerorez powder soap for tough up jobs. Can you tell me where I can purchase.
