Jordan (the tech) called ahead of time & arrived ahead of schedule. Introduced himself & walked the rooms with me. Then went straight to work. Wore booties, mask, put protective covers on floors & around stair posts and wall corners. Moved the chairs that needed & then put them back using protective plastic under legs. Carpet came out great & was pretty much dry by next morning. He friendly and informative. Great job Zerorez!!!
