Technicians are always friendly and on-time. Love that the carpets aren't wet for 1/2 day afterwards and they always look great and feel soft to the touch. We've been using Zerorez for years and wouldn't recommend anyone else.

We have used you guys for years. We recently put hardwood floors in our upstairs, so you will continue to clean the carpet downstairs. However, I was disappointed in what you charged doe my area rugs. I had a total of 4 area rugs and two runners. It costed me as much as it would have if I would have had carpet upstairs. I was not offered any sort of loyalty discount to my knowledge and that was disappointing. Don't get me wrong I love the product you guys supply and the work you do however just disappointed in the cost of what was charges to get my area rugs cleaned.
