I ywas very satisfied with Keegan's explanation of what he could do for us and what we probably needed to do for the travertine tile (regrout!) He did a very professional job and on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being best, I would give him the 10. Thank you . We will use Zerorez next time we need to clean rugs or upholstery. Name removed
