The previous owners of our house left the carpets filthy--stains everywhere, crayon, magic marker. It was so bad, we considered having the carpets torn out and replaced, but we didn't have enough time before our move-in date. Then, ZeroRez arrived. When the cleaning was finished, we couldn't believe we were looking at the same carpets. Except for some areas of wear and tear, the carpet in every room looked new. Even the Xfinity guy that came the next day to turn on the internet was fooled: he apologized for walking on the "new" carpets.
