Technician walked through the house with me and asked exactly what I wanted done. He then explained what he was going to do and how he was going to handle some spots. When he was done I could not believe how my carpet looked. He was very thorough and my carpet has not looked this good in a long time. I will be using Zerorez again.

Zerorez sent me two reminder emails about my upcoming appointment, which I really appreciated. The tech (Ashtin) called ahead and arrived right on time. He was professional and courteous and able to answer my questions. Even though I’m on the 3rd floor, he was able to set up equipment efficiently and did an amazing job!
