Nate the tech was awesome. When scheduling, the operator was not forthcoming with deals and best prices available. I had 7 rooms to clean. Because she wouldn't allow me to use the 3 rooms for $99 twice. I only hac ZeroRez do 4 rooms and hired stanley steamer to do the other 3.
Our carpets came out cleaner than I expected, after not having had them cleaned in over 7 years! Also, the tile is several shades lighter now that we had them cleaned - I had no idea they could be that bright! Communication was clear and consistent, which was awesome, too.
The guys that came out and did the work were really great to work with. Did a really nice job. Very happy

We moved into a home recently and had the carpets cleaned prior to unloading the furniture.
They were able to remove a RED ink stain that we didn't think would come out! Now we don't have to replace the carpet.
The other carpet they cleaned is probably the original carpet, 14 years old or so, and had animal stains. It looks good enough that we won't have to replace it immediately either.
I will never use another carpet cleaning service, NEVER!

It was easy to schedule and Joey arrived earlier than on time but had called ahead. He and Harvey got right to work and did a thorough careful clean job. No harsh smells but everything fresh and spots cleared. I would cll them again.

Joey and Harvey did great work. They arrived on time, were super professional and finished the job quickly. They explained all the fees up front and had me sign off to ensure there was no confusion. They made sure the hoses didn't rub on any corners and put down padding to make sure they floors didn't get scratched. They got up some spots in the carpet that I though would never come out. We looked into getting the carpet cut out because the stains were so bad. They treated it and the carpets look great! Amazing attention to detail and thanks so much.

Our experience with Zerorez was great. They were very prompt responding to our questions and getting us scheduled. There was a coffee stain that didn't initially come up. A few days later they sent another team to try to lift the stain again. Even though it did not completely come out of the carpet, I appreciated the free return and their effort.
