The pre-prep to not incur any damage to walls, baseboards and floors is greatly appreciated, and the dry time is so much faster than any other carpet cleaners I previously used! Carpet looks great, appreciate the use of corner bumpers and booties as well as black lighting to make sure all stains are removed.

Everything came out great in the areas where the carpet isn’t worn. The worn spots are clean, but it will not look good until it’s replaced.
